Refund policy

At Farmstead Scattering Garden, we deeply understand the emotional significance of your decision to honor your loved one, and we are committed to providing flexibility and support throughout the process.

To ensure you have time to reflect on your choices, ashes shipped to us will be securely held for 24 hours after arrival before the scattering experience takes place, unless you have specified a particular date for the service.

If you decide to have the ashes returned instead of proceeding with the scattering, we will gladly accommodate your request. Orders will remain open for up to five years to allow time for ashes to be sent, and you may request a refund at any point prior to shipping the ashes to us. Please note that refunds may be subject to a 5% service fee and any applicable return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
